When you engage MJ Web APP for a paid service, the specific scope of work, timelines, deliverables, milestones and fees will be documented in a separate proposal, statement of work, quotation or invoice ("Engagement Document"). The Engagement Document and these Terms together form the agreement between us. In case of conflict, the Engagement Document prevails for the specific project.

Delays caused by missing inputs or extended review cycles may push back delivery dates and could attract additional fees.
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, design, source code and software — is owned by MJ Web APP or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or republish any portion of the Site without our written permission, except for short, fair-use quotation with proper attribution and a link back to the source.
Upon receipt of full payment, the final approved deliverables we create specifically for your project are assigned to you, except for: third-party libraries, fonts, themes, plugins and stock assets (which retain their original licences) and our reusable internal tools, frameworks and methodologies (which remain ours).
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information shared during the engagement and to use such information only for the purposes of delivering the project. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver work that is fit for purpose, but the Site and our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Except as expressly stated in an Engagement Document, we make no warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any outcome, ranking or revenue target will be achieved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJ Web APP's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any service shall not exceed the fees actually paid to us by you in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MJ Web APP, its directors, employees and partners from any claim or demand arising out of (a) content you supply to us; (b) your use of the deliverables in violation of third-party rights; (c) your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure the breach within 14 days. We may also suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests. On termination, fees due for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.
Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Tracker Policy.
The Site may rely on or link to third-party services (hosting, payment, fonts, maps, form processing, advertising platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability or actions of those services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
